Resident Evil 5 or Bio hazard 5, known in Japan is a video game of the survival horror genre, and is the seventh installment in the Resident Evil main series, was released for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 The game, developed and published by Capcom, was officially announced on 20 July 2005,  and was published March 5, 2009 in Japan and March 13, 2009 in America and Europe. A version for Microsoft Windows was released September 18, 2009. Since its launch in March have been distributed worldwide 6.1 million copies.
